Common pricing questions.
What is one credit?
Credits are consumed on successful generation only. Different models and outputs cost different amounts. As a rough guide: a 5-second Veo cut costs approximately 50 to 80 credits; a Nano Banana or Imagen still costs roughly 8 to 15 credits. A cost estimate is shown before you commit so you are never surprised.
What if my generation fails?
Nothing. Failed or cancelled generations consume zero credits, regardless of tier.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is available without a credit card.
Can I buy credits one-time instead of upgrading?
Yes. Credit packs (500 / 1,500 / 5,000 credits) are one-time purchases via Stripe on any paid tier. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase; subscription credits are consumed first, then pack credits in FIFO order.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses until your billing period resets or you buy a credit pack. You will see a warning before you hit the limit, and no partial generation will be charged.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset at the end of the billing period. Credit pack credits carry forward for 12 months from purchase date.
Are team seats included?
Business includes 5 seats. Free, Starter, and Pro are single-user. Enterprise seats are negotiated per contract.
How am I billed?
Monthly, at the price on the card: $19 (Starter), $39 (Pro), $119 (Business). The plan renews each month until you cancel, and there is no longer-term commitment to sign.
What is your refund policy?
Plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused subscription credits from the current period are non-refundable.
