Every submission receives a reference number. Save it. We use it to provide status updates and to locate the correct report without asking you to repeat sensitive information.
Choose what you need
All routes work without an account.
Choose the form that best matches the issue. Provide only the evidence necessary for review; do not include passwords or upload prohibited media.
Permission, provenance and removal
What approval covers — and how to stop future use
Permission is limited to the person, media, purpose and destinations shown when it is given. A creator's one-private-draft representation for another adult never authorises publishing, links, downloads, sharing, remix or commercial use.
Direct subject approval
Broader use of another adult's face or voice requires that person to approve the exact reference, creator, purposes, audiences, download and remix choices, duration and withdrawal terms through a verified request. Studiark does not treat an uploader's checkbox as the other person's approval.
AI labels and provenance
A neutral AI-generated or AI-altered label on a Studiark player is different from machine provenance carried with a final file. Studiark does not add a branded watermark. A label or provenance record is automatic transparency, not a request for consent.
Withdrawal and related copies
Withdrawal stops future use within the withdrawn scope and may disable dependent posts, links, downloads or remix access. We assess known exact copies and related Studiark surfaces, preserve required evidence, and provide status and appeal routes. Reaccepting a permission does not silently republish anything.
Legacy items without current evidence stay unavailable. The owner must review and republish them under the current flow; an administrator does not backfill or invent the owner's choice.
How to report
From the app or without an account
In the Studiark app
In the app, open the video or profile, choose More, then Report. The content identifier is attached automatically.
On studiark.com
Without an account, open the dedicated public form that matches the issue. Paste the Studiark link or content/profile identifier if available.
Describe what happened and the outcome you want. Provide only the evidence necessary for review.
Status and verification
Choose a secure contact method for status updates. For sensitive requests, we may ask for proportionate identity or authority verification.
Submit the request. You will receive a reference number and confirmation of the next step.
Blocking is separate from reporting. Blocking a user hides or limits contact but does not submit a report. If content violates the rules or threatens someone, also use Report.
Secure case status
Check an existing request
Use the reference number and private status token from your receipt. The token is never added to the page URL or saved by this site.
After you submit
What happens after a report
ReceiptWe issue a reference number and record the submission time.
TriageWe assess urgency, safety, jurisdiction, evidence and whether immediate restriction is appropriate.
ReviewAutomated tools may identify matching content, but a trained reviewer evaluates the report and relevant context where appropriate.
ActionWe may restrict, remove, label, preserve, escalate, request information, reject the report or take action against an account.
NoticeWe tell the reporter the result or next step and notify the affected user where appropriate and safe.
AppealEligible reporters and affected users can challenge the decision.

Targets are not guarantees where a report is incomplete, unusually complex, abusive or subject to legal process. Mandatory legal deadlines always control. We provide status information if review takes materially longer than the stated target.
Evidence and confidentiality
We collect only evidence reasonably needed to process a request. Sensitive evidence should use a secure upload route, not a public post or ordinary message. Access is restricted and evidence is retained according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal duties.
Law enforcement
We may preserve content and account records, disclose information in response to valid legal process, or report suspected child sexual exploitation and other serious criminal conduct to competent authorities. We consider necessity, proportionality and the safety of affected people. We may not be able to disclose details that would compromise an investigation or another person's privacy.
Misuse of reporting systems
Do not submit knowingly false reports, forged notices, fraudulent signatures, unlawful demands or repeated reports intended to harass. We may restrict abusive submissions and take action against accounts that misuse reporting tools. A good-faith report is not penalised merely because we reach a different conclusion.
