Terms of Service

Acceptable use
You may use Studiark to generate, edit, and publish content for commercial and personal purposes within the scope of your plan licence. You may not use Studiark to generate content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or breaches the platform's content policies. Automated abuse, bulk generation for spam, or use that circumvents credit accounting is prohibited.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be shared or transferred except through the team-seat and Business-tier transfer workflows provided in the platform. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Content and rights
Assets generated through Studiark carry a licence scope defined by your plan tier. Free plan output is watermarked and not licensed for commercial use. Paid plan output carries a commercial licence as described at the time of generation. Project Rights Tokens (PRTs) record the licence scope, model provenance, and publishing context for each asset. Transferable PRTs are available on Business tier and above.
Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Credits reset at the end of each billing period unless otherwise stated. Failed generations are never charged. Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the billing period start if no credits have been consumed. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Studiark may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, including but not limited to generating prohibited content, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of platform systems. We will provide notice where reasonable to do so.
Liability
Studiark provides generation services on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amounts paid by you to Studiark in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws may provide you with additional rights that these terms cannot override.
