Common pricing questions.
What is one credit?
Credits are consumed on successful generation only. Different models and outputs cost different amounts. As a rough guide: a 5-second Veo 3 video clip costs approximately 50 to 80 credits; an Imagen still costs roughly 8 to 15 credits; a 30-second Lyria music track costs approximately 20 to 40 credits. Cost estimates are shown before you commit so you are never surprised.
What if my generation fails?
Nothing. Failed or cancelled generations consume zero credits, regardless of tier.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is available without a credit card.
Do unused credits roll over?
Free, Starter, and Pro credits reset at the end of the billing period. Business and Enterprise tiers support more advanced rollover arrangements, contact the team.
What is a Project Rights Token?
A PRT is a machine-readable rights record attached to an asset. It records which models generated it, which organisation holds the licence, which channels are safelisted, and what claim evidence is available for disputes or client handoff.
Can I transfer a PRT to a client?
Transferable PRTs are available on the Business tier and above. They allow the full rights record, including licence scope, provenance, and safelisting, to travel with the delivered asset. Starter and Pro plans issue non-transferable PRTs for your own publishing use.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation is paused until your billing period resets or you purchase a credit top-up. You will see a warning before you hit the limit, and no partial generation will be charged.
Are team seats included?
Business includes 5 seats. Free, Starter, and Pro are single-user. Enterprise seats are custom. Additional seat pricing is available on request via the sales team.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the billing period. Unused credits from the current period are non-refundable. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the start of the billing period if no credits have been consumed.
